Does anyone have more information on the Matra BAe Dynamics ARAMIS powered (?) glide bomb?
Afaik it was offered for the french AASM program and was fire-and-forget using an imaging-ir seeker and INS/GPS.

Doesn't seem to be anything like AASM, but was instead an anti-radiation missile being built by Germany and France.

Two different weapons under the same name.

Edit: more specifically, ARAMIS was a Franco-German effort, which became Armiger when France dropped out. That was a Diehl BGT project. No relation to the Matra BAe ARAMIS, which was a candidate for AASM. The only info I've found is that it was more expensive than the SAGEM candidate that won AASM.
