The Me-264 also was designed to have duel tire landing gears (one on each side was to be jettisoned after takeoff for heavy loads along with 6 RATO rockets. There were also wing contured external fuel tanks designed in two sizes. I've got drawings of these somewhere.

  • Hybrid Concept (P.1075/Me 364): Some configurations of this advanced project included four piston engines for cruising and two jet engines (such as Jumo 004C) in the wing roots for increased speed and combat power.
ther Related Projects: Another variant, often referred to as the Me 364 (based on the P.1085 design), was designed to accommodate various engines, including BMW 801, DB 603, DB 609, Jumo 213, Jumo 222, or Jumo 223.(AI)
