Apparently, from June 1944 onwards, the propulsion systems of large warships such as the "Graf Zeppelin were intended to supply power to underground production facilities, such as REIMAHG Kahla.

[1] June 9, 1944
The Führer directs that the power plant intended for the aircraft carrier "Zeppelin" (four 50,000 hp turbines) be made available for the power supply of the fighter aircraft construction facilities.

[2] January 15, 1945
To utilize the power plants of "Grosskampfschiffe," preferably for the benefit of underground production facilities (U-Werke).

[3] February 26, 1945
Aircraft Construction:
The promised power unit (Schlachtschiff) is not yet available. HDL Saur suggests that Gauleiter Sauckel construct his own power plant.
