What we can see on the photos with R-77M is that new catapult launcher called 'AKU-ASP ' or aviatsionoye katapultnoye ustroystvo-aviatsionoye sredstvo porazheniya. I suppose we can also see radio-proximity fuse transmit /receive antennas. There is that new active-passive radar seeker ,maybe working in the milimetric Ka-band just like one in the Japanese AAM-4B? Maybe ...

The TASS report clearly specifies the RVV-BD, so I wouldn't read any mystery into it.
Integration of the 610 for external carriage is entirely feasible—and may well have been completed long ago—even if it hasn't been publicly announced yet.

Yes, for the external carriage it is possible with AKU-620 launchers just like on the Su-30SM2 and Su-35S. That will be only for the non-stealthy combat missions/CAP.
 
Please note that the first part of the video is R-77-1. This George guy sometimes makes huge mistakes, don’t believe everything in his word. Actual 180 is only in the second part of the video.
 
R-77-1 has a new detail. It is that triangle behind the radome with two letters, S and L or P, don't sure for now.

Just like R-77-1 ,R-77M has also two subversions ,one with the radar and another with the laser proximity fuse. It seems that radomes of Izd. 170-1 and Izd. 180 are little bit different.

Other visual differences between them:stabilizers and wings in first.R-77M has that dual-pulse solid fuel rocket engine but what about the R-77-1 ? Is the engine single-phase or maybe dual-phase?
