in ER.134T for Mach 2 research aircraft,the contenders were AW.166,
Boulton Paul P.128,Bristol-188,English-Electric P.6 ,Hawker P.1096 and
P.1097,Saro P.163 and Vickers-Supermarine-553.

MiG 21 is way too small, as is an Su 7 - I looked at it a few weeks back. Possibly an Su 9, I'd need to check the plans. Thinned down Sea Vixen wings as they look about right. Again, I need to check the plans, but Swift parts for the tail surfaces definitely.

A lengthened Su-9 fuselage is about right, but the area ruling would need sanding off. Sea Vixen wings would be about right, with some reshaping. And Swift tail surfaces would be fine.
