Very interesting. Do you have a high res scan of the specs table for this Mirage IV Atar 9C? Wonder if it could be readable once enlarged.

(There are similar style drawings in JM Gall’s La Saga Etendard… although the font was too small to read, I found that by scanning in high res I could blow up the images enough to read the specs)

Thanks. Shame… it’s almost decipherable, I can guess at some of the items (e.g. total fuel capacity 16,xxx L) but not enough to be sure…

Do you imply that this artwork is purely speculative, based on written descriptions of the project, and not based on any actual project images?
 
Yes, absolutely. And as such, it should be exfiltrated to the alternate history section, or nuked. No idea why I posted it here, damn it: post is from 2022, not, say, 2008... more generally, thread should be trimmed and cleaned up.
