Here is some very good footage of the first Bell HSL-1 built (Bell XHSL-1, BuNo 129133), in a circa 1953 Bell Aircraft film posted to YouTube by the Archive Rewind channel.

It appears the Archive Rewind channel retrieved the film from the University of North Texas (UNT) Digital Library Special Collection (link to the UNT page for the film). The UNT Digital Library Special Collection has an extensive collection of Bell Aircraft / Bell Helicopter documents, photos (over 1,300), and films (over 170) (link) available for viewing.

The opening title card for the film lists it as "RESTRICTED," and the initial manufacture, tests, and flight of the aircraft are shown.
