It's the Dewoitine D.4

An 1/25 scale model of this plane was shown for a "Salon de l'aéronautique" in Paris in 1921 (12th-27th november). F-ATMA 2 was a fictionnal french identification (Aéro-Transports Méditerranée Atlantique). The project was too expensive for M. Ernoul (owner of the too little "Aéropublicité" company) and for M. Dewoitine too (the D.1 fighter needed a lot of money).
-engines : 2 x 230 hp Salmson Canton-Unné Z 9
-Length : ?
-span : 22 m
-wing area : 65 m² (with the first 21,5 m wing)
-weight max : 2990 kg
-speed max : 200 km/h (2000 m)
-passengers : 8


A D.11 of 1923 was a possible bigger derivative of the D.4 (2 X 300 hp Hispano-Suiza 8 Fb, for 10 passengers)


There was a night bomber (Bn2) derivative project of the D.4 too :
-engines : 2 x 230 hp Salmson Canton-Unné Z 9 (later : 2 x 260 hp Salmson Canton-Unné CM 9)
-length : 13,1 m (later : 14,4 m, then : 14,5 m)
-span : 21,8 m (later : 22,22 m, then : 22,3 m)
-65 m² wing area (at first)
-weight empty : 1730 kg (later : 1850 kg, then : 2115 kg)
-weight max : 3230 kg (later 3570 kg)
-max speed : 210 km/h (2 000 m)
-bombs : 10 x 50 kg

The Bn2 programme was abandonned (mid 1924 ?) and the D.4 Bn2 prototype never finished.

it is very great info,and can I ask you that I heard the Dewoitine
D.2,D.3,D.5 and D.6 were also civil projects and the D.18 was
six seat high wing single engined light transport aircraft,is that right ?.

-The D.2 was a all metall high altitude bomber project a little bigger than the D.1, foreseen for the 1920's Bp2 programme. Never built.
one 600 hp Renault 12 M engine
max speed : 190 km/h (5000 m)
bombs load : 300 kg

-The D.3 was a 1921's single engined civil project for 4 passengers and smaller than the D.4. Never built.
One 230 hp Salmson Z 9 engine
Span : 14,5 then 17,36 m
Wing area : 30 m² (for the two spans)
empty weight : 800 kg
max weight : 1 500 kg

-The D.5 was a 1921's reco derivative project of the D.1. Only a 1/20 scale model was built.
Length : 8,98 m
Span : 15,4 then 17,7 m
wing area : 34 m²
empty weight : 960 kg
max weight : 1 700 kg
max speed : 190 km/h


-The D.6 was a bi-engined torpedo bomber, floatplane or hydroplane (I don't know the good name in english) or wheels, for the 1922's HyT programme. Never built (the winners to build the prototypes were Schneider and Levasseur).
2 x 370 hp Lorraine-Dietrich 12 Da engines


-the D.18 was a 1924's derivative project of the D.1. Foreseen for the first Paris - New-York fly. Never finished.
One 450 hp Hispano-Suiza 12 Ga

This was a 1937 project that seems to be similar to the D.342, which itself was a development of the D.338. Any further information on the D.341 would be appreciated.

The D.513 was powered by an 860 hp (641 kW) Hispano-Suiza 12Ycrs1 inline piston engine and had a retractable tailwheel landing gear. Testing proved that the D.513 was unstable and not able to reach the expected speeds and it was rebuilt with a new fuselage and a modified tail unit. The changes did not improve the stability or the maximum speed and problems were also found in the engine cooling and landing gear, and further development was halted. The second prototype was modified with landing gear and a radiator from the D.503. It was redesignated the D.514LP and was used in high-speed parachute trials."

It's very hard to find D.560 three side view drawing with radiator fairing(bottom picture).

Little is documented on the specifics and the basic model of the D.33, other than the fact that it had a fixed undercarriage, and was a low-wing cantilever monoplane. There were three documented variations to the model, each of which was designed as a separate aircraft.
