There is also a die-cast 1/144 F-16XL on ebay & Amazon, available for the low low price of "you've got to be kidding me."

If it was 1/72 or larger I might actually consider putting down that money, because it looks like a very good and detailed piece. But 1/144? Yeah nah.

Not the largest but with a little nose weight it will fly.

You can scale to print and detail/paint as you like it.

Interesting to see the two faceted IRST options.
And if I understand correctly, the model was tested in the wind tunnel without the vertical tail. I wonder if it was for the sole purpose of calibration, or if a tail less Falcon 21 was envisioned.

They are really nice kits but will require other bits from Hasegawa's F-16s
