RAF Flight Lieutenant Alan Pollock, who flew a Hawker Hunter jet under Tower Bridge and past the Houses of Parliament, has passed away at the age of 89 years.

Apologies and sorry for your loss @John Pollock,
I was in a rush yesterday morning when I came across the article about the passing of your father Flt-Lt Alan Pollock on forcesnews.com. I noticed that your father's name was spelled differently there compared to other obituaries, like the one on telegraph.co.uk. However, as with other UK newspapers, that obituary was hidden behind a paywall.
But I wanted our members to be able to read a complete news article about your father, not one that's restricted by a paywall.
Meanwhile, forcesnews.com has updated the article title to correct his name.
