Wiki claims that a S.U.C. 10 was trial-fitted "with a 220 hp (164 kW) Mathis engine" - which, if true, might be the 220 cv Mathis G8-20 (8G20?) IV-8. However, I suspect that this is Wiki confusion regarding the S.U.C. 10 with 220 cv Renault 6Q10 inline-6.

BTW, there is some online confusion claiming that S.E.C.A.N. sub-contracted assembly work to Chausson. This is nonsense, of course. S.E.C.A.N. was the aircraft subsidiary of the Société des usines Chausson - hence the S.U.C. designation.

In his article, En vol, aux commandes du S.U.C. 11 G "Courlis" (Aviation Magazine n°310 novembre 1960), Jacques Noetinger says that the Courlis was created "avec le concours industriel de la S.N.C.A.N." although he doesn't say what the nature of that industrial assistance was. I presume that S.N.C.A.N. involvement had more to do with establishing production than with F. Vinsonneau's design.

No, Beltran was French. The article even specifies that he was a member of the RSA (Réseau du Sport de l'Air), which is the French equivalent to the EAA. The SNJ 02 "Corsair" was his second design, but the only one that he finished. It was a single-seater with two 35 hp JLO engines that flew in 1986 but crashed and was destroyed on its first flight. It was registered F-WYTK / F-PYTK.

One of the attractions at the "static" in Annecy was the presentation of a model of a light twin-seater helicopter (maximum weight: 600 kg, including 180 kg of payload) "registered" F-WENI, currently being studied by students from the National School of Engineers of Saint-Etienne (ENISE).

It seems to be Jean-Marie Saget's ES II ultralight design of 1950 (for which, design work was underway in Sept 1949 according to your link).

here is an idea for lightweight airplane,created by Mr. Roussel,but I don't know if he was the same designer of R series or not ?.

May he was the same guy,because he also designed a Flying Car before ?.

Why is this US helo in the French thread

Since a non-existent 'MC-2' [sic] is also mentioned, I'm betting that it came from here (emphasis mine):

As confirmed by a French Aviation Journalist, it seems the French MicroCopter MC-1 (having a MC-1 prototype name, and aiming towards the production of a radial diesel powered MC-2), has no connection to the American MC1 helicopter that has been identified at the above events as built by Mariano Cordorniu.
