Interesting, but what exactly has this got to do with "Ultimate Battleship" designs? Can people please keep on topic!

They were designed with upgunning in mind but primarly designed with 15,5cm guns but the decision was done when Japan withdraw from the naval treaties. If they would not then the Mogsmies would stay in light cruiser form

Quite a bit narrower. Yamato has a 38.9m beam, Kirov a 28.5m.

Almost the same draft, though. Yamato 10.4m and Kirov 9.1.

Although this design is early 19th century of origin, but the Duke of Kent 1809 proposal to build a 170 gun 1st rate four decker is incredibly unhinged, Duke of Kent would've been the Ultimate battleship of her era.
