Also NSM Block 1A Range 60% higher than normal so 294km or maybe even more

Per kongsberg own PDF the official NSM range is now stated at more than 300km

I believe it was 100+nm lo-lo-lo and 300+nm hi-hi-lo.

It's a common "trick" to not put range at >300km to be within MTCR guidelines .....

You could also deliberately load a heavier warhead to limit range, and then swap to a lighter/less bulky warhead with a larger fuel tank for greater range.

MTCR actually explicitly prohibits that trick. But it doesn't really apply to many antiship missiles -- the baseline is 500kg to 300 km, and there aren't many ASCMs that have a warhead anywhere close to that.

I think the Russian fleet left Crimea a good while back. They're all at Novorossiysk now.

Probably.

At this point they are more of a deterrent than anything else.

Probably just a deterrent. NSM is not cheap, optimized for land attack, or long ranged. It would be a pointless waste to use them that way when Ukraine has no shortage of other options with more reach.

Best use might be to strap those TELs (or the entire truck launcher) on a commercial vessel and launch a surprise strike against Northern Fleet ships in Murmansk...

NSM's passive capability, imaging sensor, and stealthy airframe would be particularly well suited to reduce warning time and hit priority targets - potentially enabling a modern day Taranto or Pearl Harbor. Depends of course on what kind of defenses and early warning capabilities Russia has installed up there.

Also the launch ship would probably get sunk so the crew would be best advised to abandon ship after the strike and head double quick for Norway's coast...

Really doubt it. I suspect Poland has transferred a couple of TEL with no more than 10 missiles. And they will be saved for any shipping, because they're unlikely to get much/any of a re-up if used.

In effect though, along with Harpoon, RBS.15 mk.III and existing Neptune, it means that the Russian Black Sea Fleet cannot approach the Ukrainian coast either now or in the future, regardless of the USV/UUV threat. Could also mean that the Ukrainian's feel reassured enough to concentrate all Neptune production on Long/Fat Neptune production for land attack.

Whilst extremely unlikely that the Black Sea Fleet takes any further real part in the war, you can't totally discount things. I suspect the thought of 4 different types of Heavyweight AShM being launched at them at the same time would deter them though....
