Per kongsberg own PDF the official NSM range is now stated at more than 300km

I believe it was 100+nm lo-lo-lo and 300+nm hi-hi-lo.

It's a common "trick" to not put range at >300km to be within MTCR guidelines .....

You could also deliberately load a heavier warhead to limit range, and then swap to a lighter/less bulky warhead with a larger fuel tank for greater range.

MTCR actually explicitly prohibits that trick. But it doesn't really apply to many antiship missiles -- the baseline is 500kg to 300 km, and there aren't many ASCMs that have a warhead anywhere close to that.
