Boeing airliner and transport projects

Does anyone know what this project is? It's an odd little design that has some odd choices regarding its layout. Was this an official project that ever had a project number, or was it a "fictitious" design?

At first I thought that this was a design that led to the 7J7, but I have my doubts.
