ATF: speculation and disinformation from the 1980s

Apologies for the picture quality.
I bought this print at a surplus shop in NV. A friend said it's a notional ATF design, but I'm not sure what manufacturer or specific model.
Hoping one of you might know what exactly it is.

The single engine, relatively small size, the fact the very same design was seen with USMC markings, that it shows details (like the serrated forward edge of windscreen) absent from any pre-ATF artwork (as far as I can remember) but common after the F-22 selection, the fact it matches JAST Configuration 100 (as Flateric pointed out), everything point towards a Lockheed early JAST design.
And it's illustrated several times in the dedicated thread, including:
