What is the point you are trying to make here?
What is a "blue-hole?
Roller ship is unrelated to this, it was a means of propulsions.
 
That is exactly what I had in mind.

That may be a sound mitigation system for SuperHeavy….cage around the blue-hole—evacuate—open up the deluge upon igniting the engines.

The blue hole eats the noise so wildlife is less bothered.
