From a brochure I missed on Ebay:
DH.110 Tactical Bomber / Photographic Reconnaissance Aircraft (March 1957)
The seller had these brochures:

Which he sold privately to...

Folks,
This makes for an excellent read! The book is very nicely done and is packed to the gills with information about this big Boeing beastie. Yeah, they only made three aircraft and the thing was never...

This display model was shown in aero August 1964. It's not really labelled but a short description is given on a Super Sabre with RR Spey engines. Such a proposed version is mentioned in The American Fighter by Angelucci & Bowers as F-100S.
So I want to ask if it's the F-100S in the picture.
I found this on another Forum sight
In late 1962 or early 1963, Republic proposed the F-105H, with a new wing of 448 square feet, two seats, new landing gear, vertical fin, stabilator, new nose, etc. This was really a new design, and the USAF did not go for it.
They are looking for pictures...

First up: L-227-14, one of the designs leading to the F-104. Clearly not the direction Lockheed decided to take. (Note: on the original, the dimensions are illegible).
Second: CL-351-10 AKA F-104X, an F-104 with big inlets, a J-79 and the ability to get to Mach 3.2 at 69,000 feet.

I was wondering if anyone has any more information on the version of the Tomcat II shown in the image below? It's obviously stealthier than the standard version and has inlets similar to the F-22, but I was wondering if anyone here has all three views or any renderings or pictures of models of...

I was flicking through some of my old magazine extracts that I have collected over the years (a photocopy when photo copiers were as amazing as computers are today!). I came across an article about the Vought IF-8 Crusader.
It was apparently a proposal of based on the Vought F-8D Crusader to the...

This is a design I found in a PDF file online about a 1-1/2 ago. I wish I would have downloaded the PDF file, but I just took a screen capture because most of the file wasn't about aircraft. It was either about advanced systems and possibly networking. It was some sort of defense related PDF...
