it seemed to be that,the Antonov An.75 differs from An.71 only in under-wing
engines mounted instead off above.

Actually, this is MAI student gradiate project of a deck-based AWACS aircraft from 1998 I found back in 2012, author - Yankovsky D.V., project manager - Gennady Sergeevich Panatov

Hi There, I've prepared a PD scale drawing of the An-75 based on the 3-view provided by Pioneer. Maybe not much, but at least in this way we can "see it in colour".
I took some creatives liberties but retained D-36 engines necell from An74. Livery is a variation that would be possible in very late 80s, early 90s.
