Stretching a point here as its Chinese and not Soviet... (but probably not worth opening a new post).
Came across this is in Brassey's Fast Attack Craft, 1978. I think that this is meant to be the 'Hola'-class which was an enlarged 'Osa I' which is said to have no guns and six Silkworms and an additional search radar in a radome (in this book the Type 021 'Huangfeng'-class are mislabelled as 'Hola').

EDIT: found out that this was actually a modified Type 62 gunboat that used as prop for the 1975 film The Second Spring. For some reason Western intelligence thought it was a real vessel and assigned it Type 028 'Hai Dau'!
