About time
As far as I know those aren’t full on protected shelters but reinforced makeshift ones, am I correct?
Naked Su-35, possibly for export.

Anyway, about time, they should’ve made them long time ago.
Well, it seems the ones you refer to have 5 digit serials like 01413 and 01514. Don't know what to make of that, the one above is 1415 so 4 digits, and looking at the tail sting dispensers they seem to be the downward firing type which is a relatively recent change.
They seem to have survived.there should be satellite BDA soon, unconfirmed reports are uncorfirmed reports
No.Su-35S was Flanker-M though, no?
No.
T-10 - first Su-27.
T-10S - Su-27S/P as we know it.
T-10M (Su-27M, Su-35) - upgrade of a Su-27S in late 80es-early/mid 90es. Canards, slightly changed vstab, new avionics, new N011 radar (slotted variant), somewhat more powerful engines, MFDs. Several prototypes were made, one of which will become widely know Su-37 bort 711.
T-10BM (Su-27BM, new Su-35) "Bolshaya modernisatsiya" - big upgrade. New airframe (despite similar looks to Su-27S) with no canards, new avionics, new N035 radar, 117S engines, big MFDs. Initially an export model
Su-35S - T-10BM for Russian AF. Had several updates/blocks which are mostly internal.
Su-35S was Flanker-M though, no?
Flanker-JThat wouldn't be if we look at the history of the Flanker Codenames, it,s always in sequence from Flanker A to Flanker H. Su-35S remains Flanker E because it is still in the same sub-series as the Su-35.
Flanker-G as well.Flanker-J
Flanker-K
Flanker-L
Flanker-M
All exist though, the sequence extends beyond Flanker-H.
Are these Su-30K actually designated "K"? The upgrade is essentially the scope of the Su-30KN, equivalent to the Su-27UBM, originally designed by IAPO. A planned contract for 30 or aircraft was cancelled in 2001, IIRC and preference was given to KnAAPO's Su-27SM utilising the Su-30MKK technologies.Su-30K Ethiopia actually same like avionics Su-30K Angol , both was Upgrade from Belarusia company (Aircraft Repairing Plant No. 558) and the RWR was intergrade with MFD MFI-55

Mexico almost bought some Su-27s back in 2012.Well, it was/is the only heavy long range fighter available outthere apart from the F-15, at a fraction of the price of even western medium/light fighters. If it wasn't for petty geopolitics there would have been even more exports since most non-western aligned countries wealthy enough to afford it salivate after the big Sukhoi with Egypt, Indonesia being recent examples.
eh, they get some things wrong, like the empty weight (should be 19 tons, it is not lighter than original flanker) and max aam load (for multiple planes). They also fail to mention r-77m which I think is a pretty big thing for su-35s nowThere is one (my opinion) ,pretty interesting, objective article from the last year about the Su-35S.
