Seems a Biconic lifting body docked with a some Saturn-IB Station!
I have found on web,but don't know what is.

That's Douglas "Ideal Home Station" of 1962
it was presendet as a full-scale model at the Ideal Home Show in London in 1962.
a wet workshop design using Saturn S-IV spent second stage

I live a few hours south of there, and It was always a happy sight when traveling up to Tennessee to see the ole' Saturn. We've stopped at that rest area many times. I hope whatever replica they're building can be maintained and stand the test of time.
