Hi! Ni-D 590.

https://aeropinakes.com/wordpress/1932/06/08/como-un-barco-o-un-zeppelin-el-ni-d-590-colonial/#lightbox-0/0/
"Ni.D 590 was one of the responses of the French aeronautical trimotor program 1930 colonial industry. It flew for the first time the summer of 1932 and trials followed a few months until the 120 Bloch won the contest and Nieuport Delage threw in the towel.

Leaving aside the aspects of load of goods and passengers and transportation of wounded and sick, this aircraft design was focused on what we would now call its colonial usability. Instead of large glass cabins, the aircraft had a kind of large balcony open in the back of the fuselage, protected from the wind by the large square front cabin and some baffles, where the observers and the server could accommodate of the machine gun with a field of view without obstacles, completely free downward and backward, "such as a boat or a Zeppelin", according to the article dedicated to this plane Les Ailes on July 7, 1932."

... I think it was from Nieuport (Third page),am I right ?.

I'm afraid not hesham. The author, José Weiss (Vincent Nicholas Francis Joseph Weiss), was simply stating his admiration for the features of the Nieuport brothers' low-drag monoplane racers in the context of imaged, idealized future aircraft designs.

An amazing guy, José Weiss was best-known as an English landscape painter (although he was born in Paris). In his spare time, Weiss worked on model and experimental gliders. The title (L'avenire de l'Aéroplane et les leçons de la nature or 'The future of the Airplane and the lessons of nature') is very à propos - Weiss based his early gliders on bird-forms. One of those gliders - the 1905 Weiss Olive is on display at the Science Museum, London. And then there is the Weiss-Frederick Handley Page conncection, but that is another story ...

There is a good summary of Weiss' career and aircraft designer in [/i]José Weiss 1859-1919[/i] by Hilary Greenwood here:

Thank you my dear Apophenia,

Nieuport with modular airframe,

In 1922 Nieuport offered to build aircraft created around a common airframe including wings, motor, cockpit to which could be adapted a different fuselage for each intended use.
Among the uses listed were the transport of passengers, freight and aerial photography.
However one of the two illustrated fuselages appears to be ready to receive a Scarff ring for machine-guns.
The fin and rudders would still be carried on the different fuselages.
