Project from 1935/36 fitted with Fiat A.80 and Isotta-Fraschini L121. Two crew and internal bombbay. 4x12.7mm armament. Speed and dimensions unknown. Perhaps anyone could help out?

On the second drawing I read the dimensions as lenght 10.1m. Span of
the wing isn't recognisable, but for the tail plane it's 5.5m, I think. So a
quick measurement gives wing span as13.3m.
Unfortunately speed isn't measurable on a drawing ...

Looks, you are working on the bitmap. Have you tried to
"redraw" it as a vector graphic ?

I've never worked with vector graphics programs save for various CAD programs. Is there anything you'd recommend?

I usually work with paint, drawing ships more than aircraft. I'm just used to it and can use it reasonably well - like below;

The first picture you attached was a re-drawing from the original blueprints that I did for clarity. The J.11 is fictional.

in an old Polish site,they spoke about this design as a real one,and they
said it involved in a competition of 1939,but unfortunately they switched
all its pages,and many Info was gone.

I could be wrong, but to me all that he meant was that the J.11 drawing was fictional, not the J.11 project itself. It is more of a re-creation based on what is known of the project. Am I right red admiral?

the Polish site mentioned the J.11 as a light bomber,and absolutely it was a different
design.

According to the book "Gente dell'Aria - Giorgio Evangelisti", the Jona 11 project was a 3-engined fast bomber designed in March 1938.
The aircraft should be engined with 2 radial Fiat A.74 in the wings, and a pushing Isotta Fraschini Asso XI (In line engine).
In October, however, Jona designed the J.11/C, a 3-engine fighter based on the bomber design and motorized with 3 Isotta Fraschini AS.L. 121 RC 50.
The projected armament was of 2 machine gun of 12,7 mm, and 2 machine gun of 20 mm, plus 300 kg of bomb; while the performance was calculated in 600 km/h at 6.000 m altitude.

The FIAT aircraft's competitors included twin-engine fighter designs from IMAM-Romeo (Ro-53) and Caproni (Ca-150, Ca-162, and Ca-401), but most of these remained only in draft form. Only the Ca-150 was built as prototypes. Meanwhile, in 1937, the Air Ministry announced a new competition, this time for a twin-engine heavy fighter. In addition to the CR-25, the entries included Breda's Ba-88bis and Ba-94 designs (both developed from the Ba-88 "Lince" type), Caproni's Ca-153/154/155/156 series (based on the earlier Ca-150), and the J-11 design proposed by engineer Jona. The ministry's favorites were the Breda company's designs, especially after the Ba-88 aircraft set a world speed record in a 100 km closed-circuit flight - on April 1, 1937, the aircraft reached a speed of 517.836 km/h, and on December 9, it increased this result to 554.357 km/h.

Hello, does anyone have more projects by Alberto Jona?
In 2020 I had found a website of the Aeronautica Militare that listed some names of documents, but the documents couldn't be seen. There was a document called "Jona 22 disegni tecnici" (Jona 22 technical drawings), dated 1944 sept 26 - 1944 nov 19.
Does anybody have any info on them? Is it possible to ask the Aeronautica Militare to see these documents?

Thanks for the contribution, this is the closest thing we have for now to blueprints of the Jona J.22, I may try to reconstruct a high quality blueprint next

I noticed that Chris Robinson is credited on the website as Senior Conservation Technician, so I sent an email to the university, let's hope they read it and it doesn't go into spam and they reply

Ladies and gentlemen, Chris Robinson replied and sent me the documents about the Jona 22 and here they are!
Some of the sheets are quite large so he would need to find a place with a large scanner to make actual scans, that's why he took photographs of them using an iPad. Let's all appreciate his effort and the time he took to photograph all the sheets for us.

I numbered the images based on the order in which he sent them.
