That thing would rise, tail on the ground, then flip over backwards with the rotor that far forward. Unless the nose was solid depleted uranium, and then it would not leave the ground at all.
 
Strikes me as the worst place for a command centre, right where vertical movement in rough sea will be greatest.

I'm not an aerodynamic specialist, but this tail arrangement first impression is over complex and heavy. Also, why 4 expensive and thirsty engines when two is a more efficient arrangement.
The real C-130 is cool.

Also the port tailplane is quite visibly much larger than the starboard one even accounting for different angles. Like, bruh.

I would make the tails smaller, replace the 4 engine by Two Turbo Fan or better Turboprops...
