Do the Mig-23ML and MLA has ACM for their radar?

Recently, while reviewing online sources, I came across several third-party articles mentioning that the Sapfir-23MLAE2 radar equipped on the MiG-23MLD possesses a distinctive feature not found in earlier variants of the Sapfir-23 series: namely, a vertical scanning mode covering -6° to +45°, designed for automatic target acquisition during close-range air combat.

Does this imply that earlier MiG-23 variants—such as the MiG-23ML and MiG-23MLA, equipped with the Sapfir-23ML and Sapfir-23MLA radars respectively—lack this capability? So far, I have been unable to locate definitive documentation confirming this distinction, and so I am posting here to seek assistance. I would greatly appreciate any insights or references from the community.

I found this on https://www.xairforces.net/analyses/mig-23.html

While there you can review information already posted on the Sapfir-23 radar modes etc and find an answer.

Finally, Secret Postwar Aircraft Projects section is for, you guessed it, aircraft projects since 1945 and hence not at all the right place for this query about avionics of a production aircraft.
I sincerely apologize for posting this thread in the wrong section, and I truly appreciate your sharing.
