New manned space capsule test. Launch possibly tomorrow on Long March 5B.

New capsule can carry up to 6 and be reused 10 times. It will land somewhere in northwest China.

With its propulsion and power module, the crew spacecraft measures nearly 29 feet (8.8 meters) long. It will weigh around 47,600 pounds (21.6 metric tons) fully loaded with equipment and propellant, according to the China Manned Space Engineering Office, or CMSEO.

This still puts China ahead of ULA on the learning curve for ballute decelerators assuming ULA actually does anything regarding their reusable engine pod. A failure is worth more than a Powerpoint.

Feedstock and power supply would be problems for a permanent setup. Zero-G adds more complications.
