The main gear looks like it snap off if it landed with anything heavier than the crew. :eek:

Is the internal arrangement a deliberate attempt at paired pressurized accommodation for airborne troops and unpressurized vehicle cargo? Is there a particular advantage to being partially pressurized, such as using the upper pressure vessel as part of a strengthened backbone structure?
