Local authorities in Kamchatka issued a warning for local residents stretching from August 25 to September 5, which covers both last week's Yars launch from Plesetsk and the upcoming launch from Dombarovskiy.

There are several differences with the NOTAMs released for the Sarmat launch last May:

-the Dombarovskiy NOTAM zone is situated slightly to the north, closer to the silo used for the UR-100N/Avangard test flight in December 2018
-there are two drop zones in Siberia (versus just one in May)
-the impact zone on the Kura range is unusually small (only 3.6x2.7 km) (compared to 154x113 km for the May test).

It's hard to say which missile will fly, either the UR-100N or Sarmat. This may be another test flight of the Avangard hypersonic vehicle, which could attempt a high-precision guided re-entry to the Kura range (explaining the small size of the impact zone).

If it wants to help, there is the obvious way.

The more tricky part would be a land based ballistic missile using Astrea. Not in engineering or design terms, but US nuclear entanglement.
A missile of similar range capability to Trident is possible at various numbers of RVs lofted.

That said a new RV to carry the package is also possible....

But UK domestication isn't German interest if their providing funds. They'd want workshare and that means sharing technology......Which 'maybe' impossible as previous efforts to separate out UK and US IP has sort of proven.

What UK can offer is production/maintenance of warheads through scaling up and a potential alternative to US dual key weapons under NATO command.
Resurrection options be WE.177 manufacturing or TASSM warhead that was cancelled in the 90's.

Longer term a new, UK only warhead is possible, but staff needs scaling up in any of these scenarios and industry brought into the pipeline.
Some of that could be German......

What Germany might think ot can do is bring UK and FR together on a European industrial pipeline of components.....

Overly ambitious and frought with problems that make a UK-BRD relationship much more achievable.

The Germans are no doubt aware that as regards nuclear weapons especially, this "us" is nothing more than an annex, something like the 51st star on a certain flag. (West) Germany was the number one target of the US (and Soviet) push for a NPT in the 1960s (not India, even less such countries like Pakistan or Iran, DPRK). Given Russia's absolute rejection of the Germans getting more closely involved with NW, and the MAGA regime being heavily compromised with Putin, the criteria of (real) independence would be important here.
