The MH.100 was a three-seat trainer for the French military, designed ca. 1947-1948 as an evolution of the MH.53. (Source: Les avions Max Holste by Jacques Delarue.) At the times, the project was officially discarded because the company was too small for series production. The aircraft built for the same program were the Nord 1221 Norélan and MS.733 Alcyon.

Apparently the answer has been given in the Designations section.

The MH.52 two-seat aircraft that was actually built, with either Renault 4 Pei (MH.52 R, five built) or DH Gipsy Major (MH.52 G, seven built).
The second example briefly had a Mathis G.7 R radial engine for testing. A version with Lycoming was considered but not built.
The MH.53 was similar with tail wheel undercarriage. A single one was built, with DH Gipsy Major (MH.53 G).

I am in the process of buying an Ercoupe model 415-C. I accidentally learned about the MH-52. Surprise ! Attached is a link to a well made documentary. Also some photos.

The magazine Espace Air Passion-GPPA (Musée de l'Air Régional d'Angers) has published in its Summer 2022' issue an interesting paper on the Holste S.25/MH-50/MH-52/MH-53 developments.
Note: The MH-52 s/n 11 has recently be donated to the museum.
