turning a revell me P1099 kit in a Me P1100?

Hello, while going through dan sharp book on the me 262, I'm wondering how hard that'd be to do, looking at the drawings, there doesn't seem to be much external differences between the types, I think of using another P1099 A for one of the P1100 variants in featured in the book.
