Yeah, I omitted that part as F110 already uses single crystal blades - lets see what tomorrows press conference will be about, perhaps we'll get some more info on itThere was an F110 proposal with 40000 lbf but it would've used VCE technology.
This one still has the older non-blisk fan with mid-span shroud and she also said they use single crystal material but that isn't enough to increase the thrust by 45%.

RD-33 is a rather thick engine for its thrust class. I would love them to be so far back technology wise. However, I am pretty sure they were aiming for that much power in dry thrust alone. They wanted F110 so it is a good indication they want an F135 class of thrust.Soo, I'm betting on an engine with 20,000 lbf, a length of ca. 4.20m and a service life of around 4,000 hours. Hopefully this is not a “development contract,” as I fear but more of a “delivery contract”; otherwise the engine delivery schedule won’t hold and there will be serious delays in the 2028-32 testing period.
I mean, for an engine that is supposed to begin full assembly and testing in 2028, they have only just recently entered the CDR phase. The TEI CEO (who is a realistic and consistent figure in the industry) says the CDR will take about 1.5 years with preliminary tests running in parallel, but that timeline will still be difficult to meet.

The very same one. They don't write everything that they say in the briefs; it happens all the time. If you're curious, they held the press brief on the second floor, and it took nearly an hour. Admiral Aktürk openly said the engines are not designed to be used on any type of aircraft, and they don't have plans for serial production. It's not feasible to do it both economically and technically. He literally said "not feasible" btw (fizibil değil). The missile is also not real. It's a proof-of-concept that demonstrates the vision of MoD. I asked about the video as well. He said it was an unfortunate incident (maalesef talihsiz bir durum). The TRMotor TF35000 renederings have 19 IGVs while TEI renderings have 15. TEI rendering doesn't have serrated nozzle pettles while TRMotor has. Why the discrepancy?

FFS, dude... He's not an insider, just a naval engineer turned commentator...According to Turkish Defence Analyst Kozan Selçuk Erkan, the TEI-TF6000 has been delivered to BAYKAR and TAI for testing and flight integration (BAYKAR may have received the TEI-TF10000 instead of TEI-TF6000).
