A few months before 14/38 and 15/38 were issued, the aircraft indusrty had put forward various proposals for a successor to the Ensign.
Shorts proposed its S.28 with 4 Terriers (as mentioned elsewhere, this fell by the wayside due to lack of the right engines) but what did other companies propose and has anyone seen any pictures of them and the S.28?
