According to Spielberger's "Halbketten-Fahrzeuge des deutschen Heeres 1909-1945" it's the RS 1500 Waldschlepper built by Kloeckner-Humboldt-Deuz AG shortly after the war.

This one might be some sort of test rig for those waffentrager SP guns that showed up late in the war as prototypes.

On a tangent: there was so much demand for RSOs on the East front that Hitler ordered the occupied-French Latil company to produce a specific variant of their acclaimed FTAR-H tractor for the RSO role. No tracks, but 4 metallic agricultural wheels, all powered and steerable.
That variant was designated Latil OstRadschlepper.

This is, I believe a civil version bulit after WW2 as a forrest-tractor. It was based on the RSO

There were many different RSO self-propelled artillery, including a Gebirgsjaeger designated version, Gebirgsraupenschlepper (RSG), pictured next to a late model RSO. There were also trailers from what I have found. Whether or not they were specifically made for the RSO or simply made in the field, I do not know.
