Radar question about Dutch frigate Jacob van Heemskerck-class

I noticed that Heemskerck-class frigates have two 2D radars: LW-08 and DA-05/08. So this type of frigates don't need a dedicated height-finding radar or a 3D radar? How do they get the altitude of engaging targets?

Well, I know they are equipped SMART-S during 1990s, but how about the time before that?

Used their two STIR-240 fire control radars as height finders. Same as the RN's Type 42s which used two Type 909s before the advent of the 3D Type 996.
