Does anyone know more about the R4/M trommelanlage?
i saw it depicted together with other R4/M rocket launching systems in the Panzerblitz thread but i don't know much about it next to those pictures.
while we are at it i wish to know more about the rocket pods on the me 262 in that thread.

Hm, looks very interesting. In general, it was possible to make this (See Me-210 with revolver WGr 21).
But I'm feeling that is a fake and a historical myth, but…
The first pods were developed immediately after World War II, as an improvement over the previous arrangement of firing rockets from rails, racks, or tubes fixed under the wings of aircraft Early examples of pod-launched rockets were the US Folding-Fin Aerial Rocket and the French SNEB.

The FFAR or Mighty Mouse was based on R4M, so, in hypothetical manner, it is possible.
