In Romanian Aeronautical Construction 1905-1974 and on airwar.ru and some other sites I found something about this Romanian flying boat.
Who can give me more information/materials?
Career would be interresting.
Drawings hull construction

photo below . But airwar.ru seems to be pretty comprehensive .. (http://www.airwar.ru/enc/flyboat/ras1.html), with 3-view,
colour profiles and cutaway.
