Hi,
we spoke before about this designer,Mr. Nicolas J. Medvedeff,and
he submitted a proposal to 1951 competition,called Monocopter,also
he had some patents.
From Flying 1946-9,he created a retracting wing Project,with Mr. Chester
U. Palmer.
