It is a difficult thing about ordering such books in my country, our Mail sistem is so bad and unreliable, that the package may never come, anyway, ir looks like you have one in full version, would you be mind if you will compress that book in .rar or .zip archives in parts and upload in somewhere like rapidshare.com, megaupload.com or letitbit.net websites and share with us. I think guys would very appreciate for it. It is better way when we all are collaborating with each other, than to buy the book individually. It is a part of progress.
