No, because while they were purchased with US funds they were operated in the UK by the RAF Regiment and in Turkey by the Turkish AF (who bought their first Rapiers in 1981), so never formally entered US service.

Is there more information on the IR acquisition unit planned for the Mauler? I havent seen such a concept be used anywhere except the Stormer HVM Starstreak launcher.
