Lockheed Very Big Aircraft

In an issue of Popular Mechanics, July 1995 IIRC, they had a cover story titled "Titans of the Sky" and in it they had a twin-engined cargo plane that they attributed to Lockheed. Very Big Aircraft (VBA)? Is this Popular Mechanics fantasy? I haven't been able to find information about this aircraft in any other source.

Which makes me wonder if this airplane is pure fantasy by Popular Mechanics.

GE90-115 should be able to handle that with no problem.
