Source is the page 92 of some unknown publication that I have only a few lists from. Relatively small format - some 20 x 10 cm.

Nope, a later Type A VSTOL design.

I think its CL-1677.

Added to existing Lockheed Type A VSTOL topic.

There were dozens of these from mid 1970s onwards.

I have found one of the Lockheed designs, others may be hiding as well. Unfortunately none is clearly tagged in the archives.

First sketches included a canard, but after wind tunnel tests they concluded that engine nacelles provide enough lift to keep the nose up. This airplane was intended as a replacement for carrier-capable S-3 Viking ASW.
