Mainly known for his quite successful Rider R-4 racer (also known as
"Schoenfeldt Firecracker"), Keith Rider designed several other racing
and record aircraft, from the Super-Speed Racer from the year 1934 to
the1939 "Rider 500-mph-Racer", which was intended to conquer the world
speed record. Non of those designs ever came to fruition due to financial
contrains.
The designs by Keith Rider and his actually built aircraft are theme of an article
in the German Fliegerkalender 2012.
