MOSCOW, March 25. /TASS/. Russia has handed over to Belarus the Iskander missile system that is capable of carrying nuclear weapons, and on July 1 it will complete the construction of a storage for tactical nuclear weapons on the republic’s soil, Russian President Vladimir Putin told Rossiya-24 TV channel.

"We have handed over to Belarus our well-known and very effective Iskander system that can carry [nuclear weapons]. On April 3, we will start training the crew and on July 1 we will complete the construction of a special storage for tactical nuclear weapons on the Belarusian territory," Putin said in an interview with journalist Pavel Zarubin.

Was it? Did not see any solid rocket motors go off but still does not mean it is a decoy. Might want to give it time. This isnt the NFL.

No rocket motors were set off and the radar in all reality would be stationed a bit aways from the launcher.

Really impressive fragmentation pattern. There was a secondary in the tree line; posters on Telegram think it was a decoy and the fire is the generator that powered some of the signature enhancements, caught off guard by the wide area of fragmentation. We probably will not get confirmation either way.

Yeah going to agree that forest green and others are right. I have seen some of those decoys these days and they are getting damned good! And yeah the iskander fragmentation charge is terrifying.
