Well, since the technical committee of Feeder Airlines Association actually issued the requirements to manufacturers, using All American Aviation as it's intermediary, this topic could be moved to Early Aircraft Projects. By late 1944, Hughes Aircraft, Consolidated Vultee and Boeing had confirmed their interest in providing such a aircraft. This 1945 design from a fourth manufacturer, Douglas is also highly likely to be a further response to the specifications issued by the association.

Updated link to the Douglas design. Interestingly it seems to have had a larger sibling designed to the Air Transport Association's ATA-B1 requirement.
