Recently leaked footage of testing this argentine bomb. Apparently the develoment began in 2005. First test were in 2007.

Looks very similar to DWS-39. Unitary warhead and terminal seeker added, maybe?

Of course, there were some other similar designs around and it's not that novel a shape, but that was my first reflex.

Yes, sort of, the information so far is not very detailed, supposedly the infrared looking version should be to attack ships and the GPS against ground targets. There is also plans por a mini-turbine proppeled bomb, the DIIC.
