"The C-106 Loadmaster was a twin-engined high-wing cantilever monoplane with a retractable tailwheel landing gear.[2] It was powered by two 600 hp Pratt & Whitney R-1340 engines.[1] Two company owned P260 demonstrators were built and given the military designation C-106 Loadmaster.[1] An order for 500 was cancelled due to a shortage of plywood.[1] " (from wikipedia english)


Performance was a maximum of 314 km/h , naturally is missing range in km and how many people can be carried this airplane excepting 4 men of crew .

C-106 Loadmaster 1943 = 4pChwM rg; two 600hp P&W R-1830; span: 64'8" length: 51'1" load: 5000# v: 195. Light military transport of mixed wood and metal construction. POP: 2 company-owned P-260 prototypes were built and given military designations of C-106 and C-106A for USAAF testing [NX24176, NX44600].
