Last year the Vickers Machine Gun Collection and Research uploaded several Summary Reports for the President of the Ordnance Board, the vast majority of them freely available. Although lacking detail (by their nature as summary reports) they cover the Aircraft Ordnance Fuses, Projectiles (Land and Naval Service), Artillery (Land and Naval Service) and Small Arms.
Most of them are freely available without having to sign up to their Patreon, with the sole exception of the 1941 Report. It should also be noted that these reports are broken up into multiple documents most of which are in excess of 100MB.
