Time for some more Blohm und Voss

Though poor images this shows comparison of the land based P.161 to the BV 238.

Note the more streamlined P.161.02. Do not think I've seen a drawing of this one

These were taken from microfilm that I really had to push to get images to show up. Note that I even got finger prints to show up on the film.

Thanks for sharing us. Streamlined P.161.02. is very sharp and beautiful. :D

Very interesting, thank you very much !
I haven't seen drawings of the P.161, only of the Bv 250. The 161.02 obviously just dispensed
with the deep cargo hold, as the shape of the upper fuselage is exactly the same. Maybe this
actually was the proposed bomber variant, as it wouldn't have needed that much internal volume ?

Even more interesting, at least to me, would be the arrangement of the landing gear.
The 3-3 type in the first picture would allow for the longest bomb bay.

Thanks for this clue, I actually had missed the P.173 topic. If project numbers were used in chronological order,
there's really an obvious line in the development in the land plane derivatives of the Bv 238.
