You are almost certainly correct. But the key phrase there was "for certain areas".

In the case of Slovakia, I'm guessing that the perceived constraint is local terrain. For Brazil, it is bridge weight restrictions and other infrastructure limitations.

It seems like Slovakia narrowed down their competition to the Tulpar and the CV90120 and eliminated the Leopard and Black Panther
elsewhere, Brazil also narrowed it down to the Tulpar, CV90 (not sure if its the 120 variant), ASCOD and Lynx

It is the CV90 120, at least this has been the version BAe Hagglunds has demonstrated in Brazil(to the Marine Corps, not the Army, but you bet there were Army people watching it).
